I have only been using honey for 2 months but it is fine, so should I increase the dose of honey?
The use of honey is effective how long or quickly depending on the location of each person so there will be different times. Taking too much honey will lead to bloating, indigestion, low blood pressure, nerve damage and many other side effects. The American Heart Association recommends eating only one tablespoon of honey or less in your diet. One tablespoon of honey will give you 64 calories (more than 17 grams of sugar). Although not as much as 4 tablespoons of regular sugar. One day you should only eat a tablespoon of honey so a week you should eat 7-10 teaspoons only (if it is pure honey). If the normal type, you should reduce to 5-7 spoon / week.
